Terrorism and Satan.

Most of us are aware by now that terrorism is one of the biggest threats in the 21st century and we also sense that we will see many violent acts of terrorism to come. Terrorism affects all of us and increases fear amongst humanity and it is seen by terrorists themselves as one of the most effective ways to promote their doctrine, beliefs and principles.

But where will a world of terrorism ultimately lead us. Well one thing is for sure, the world of tomorrow will be a world of surveillance, and privacy will decrease as we head closer to the end.

Satan is using Islamic extremists and other terrorist organizations to fill the world with fear, so that the love of many shall grow cold. This will create a world where Satan will have more control of the world, because God is Love and God works with faith and fear is the opposite of faith and love. The Devil is purposefully raising up terrorism to create the kind of world in which his Antichrist will one day rule.

The other consequence of terrorism is the reactionary acceleration of surveillance technology to combat terror attacks before they happen. But I believe that one day this kind of technology will be used by the Antichrist himself. In order for the Antichrist to rule, he will need a world where technology records the movements and habits of the worlds population. Terrorism is creating the need for governments and private enterprises to build and use such technology today, this will ultimately destroy privacy in peoples lives, as privacy is where terrorists hide.

Think of the world as a pyramid and think of each layer in that pyramid as a level of technology such as industrial technology or information technology. The capstone at the top is the king who will sit at the top. As we move up the pyramid the layers become increasing narrow, until you have a layer on which the capstone covers completely, or a layer small enough for one man to control everything. It is the same with the reign of the Antichrist. He will inherit a world where technology is so advanced that he will have authority over everyone's lives. He will be able to access all the technologies of the pyramid which is symbolic in this case of the world. Perhaps the Internet is what connects this system together.

Ever since Babel, men have embarked on creating a world where technology and knowledge increase. In fact it all started way back in Eden (Paradise) when Man was tempted to eat of the Tree of Good and Evil. The fruit of this tree gave us the ability to know Good and Evil and to become like God in that sense. Since then we have increased our knowledge, and this knowledge has created technology, good and evil. But in the hands of the fallen race of men, history shows us that we cannot handle this power and we end up using even the good technologies for evil. Imagine a world where nuclear weapons, Nano-technology and genetic engineering are in the hands of evil men. Well that world is now and will increase. This world has yet to face may frightening realities created by our own hands. God will allow us to go through this to show creation the results of the world without God's will governing it.

In an attempt to stop terrorism, governments are creating a world where surveillance technologies scan populations from all around the world and this will ultimately lead to a world where people take an ID mark in their bodies, see Revelation 13:16-17

16 He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead,
17 so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.

The Antichrist himself will set himself up as God and will ban all religions that proclaim him not to be God. He maybe seen as a hero by a world that is sick to death of religious wars and religious based terrorism. This will of course ultimately includes persecution of the Jews and all who have true faith in God. See Revelation 13:7

7 He was given power to make war against the saints and to conquer them. And he was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.

And

Revelation 12:17
17 Then the dragon was enraged at the woman and went off to make war against the rest of her offspring those who obey God's commandments and hold to the testimony of Jesus.

The woman in this scripture is Israel. For proof, compare Revelation 12:1 and Genesis 37:9-10. You will need to read these 2 verses in context to fully understand the comparison.

Moving on we can conclude that terrorists are doing the work of the Devil by not only filling the world with fear and speeding up the development of surveillance technologies that will be used against the Saints in the Last Days, but also by murdering people.
As 1 John 3:15 says

Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.

Terrorism is the work of the Devil, and to those who engage in suicide bombings, you should realize that you will not inherit Heaven, rather your bed will be in Hell along with other murders, liars, thieves, adulterers and fornicators. Ultimately we all need to repent of our sins and turn to God. This world is evil and to have true faith in God is to be saved from the judgment of a righteous God that is due to this world.

Remember that it should be God who avenges evil not man.
